Product Return Policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you may return unworn and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at shop@everglades.shoes with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (if applicable) or return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (or store credit) within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
